New Lease of Life for Master Ensuite & Powder Room
The ensuite bathroom and powder room in this home in Perth’s northern suburbs were brought back to life by turning them into contemporary designs that blended with the rest of the home.
A corner bath and outdated tiles and fixutres were replaced with quality products, including tapware in colour finishes, Dekton vanity benchtops and pale grey tiles.
Upon entering the ensuite, a feature wall sconce provides ambience against white VJ paneling, inviting users into the space. Extending the existing window to the floor allowed for an abundance of natural light to fill the space and create a feeling of openness. A large walk-in shower along the external wall is enclosed with a framed reeded shower screen for privacy. A separate toilet with the same reeded door allows for privacy and natural filtered light.
A doorway was blocked off to create a separate Powder Room with a statement wall hung vanity running the length of the room, featuring a beatufiul stone vessel basin and plenty of storage. Material finishes match the ensuite wit the exception of the iron bronze tapware and bathroom accessories, which add a point of difference. Hidden above the new wall-hung toilet are cupboards for more storage.
