Our Terms and Conditions
Our proposals are valid for 30 days and, to proceed with an order, we require full payment or a deposit.
While we can assist with and advise on selections, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that the goods are suitable for the project’s plumbing and space requirements.
The final payment for your order is due when the order is complete and ready for you to collect.
Indent and custom items
Please note that certain goods are indent (ex-Europe) and can take up to 12 weeks to arrive.
Customised goods, such as tapware, showers and accessories in some colour finishes, generally will takes 10-12 weeks.
We can arrange for delivery of goods in the Perth metropolitan area, to front of property, for a fee. All our orders are done by us or QF Transport, who we have been using for many years to ensure your goods are cared for and delivered safely to your home or site.
We can also arrange for shipping of individual items through the postal system.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver large orders to regional areas or outside Western Australia.
We will exchange or re-supply any product that is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.
However, generally, once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled. We may be able to change or cancel a specific item that you have ordered, but there will be a re-stocking fee unless you have made a prior arrangement with us.
Custom items such as cabinetry or specially finished tapware cannot be cancelled or amended once ordered. as we are unable to return these items to the supplier. Similarly, there is no return or exchange on indent items.
Sale and ex-display items are non-returnable and sold 'as is'.
The products we sell are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
If you find that a product you purchased from Lavare is faulty, please contact us. You can also contact the supplier or manufacturer directly if you have proof of purchase.
