Our Terms of Service

This website is owned and operated by Lavare Bathrooms. The following Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website by all users and customers. When you make an online purchase, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to make changes to our brand, service, products or prices at any time, without notice or consequence.

Lavare Bathrooms takes no responsibility for misuse of, or incorrectly supplied, personal information or billing authorisation details.


All prices on our website are displayed in Australian Dollars and include GST.

These prices are the recommended retail price set by suppliers.

If there is an error in pricing on our website, we reserve the right to request the correct price from you for the item, or will offer a full refund to you for the item.

Orders and Shipping

Orders can be placed directly through our website or from our Claremont showroom. We accept direct debit, PayPal and all major credit cards.

All orders will be processed and confirmed by email once payment has been confirmed. Please make sure the details on your confirmation email are correct and let us know if there are any errors as soon as possible. We cannot correct errors in your shipping address once orders have been despatched.

Unless otherwise indicated, you can expect to receive your order within 2 to 4 weeks.

While we endeavor to publish only products that are readily available in Australia, there may be times where suppliers must order from overseas, which can take 12-16 weeks to arrive. In these cases, we will advise you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or full refund.

Some colour finishes in certain styles are stocked by our suppliers, and these are offered on our website. However, the expansive range of customized tapware, showers and accessories in colour finishes will generally take 6-12 weeks, depending on the type of finish and supplier.

All items are inspected for defects, and packaged safely and securely before shipping. The relevant shipping costs will be added to your final total based on the size of your order and your location.

We ship Australia-wide and use several delivery services, including Australia Post. We cannot deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers for bulky items.

We can ship some items internationally, such as tapware, accessories and shower, but do not ship large or fragile items such as basins, toilets and baths. Please email admin@lavare.com.au for a shipping quote.

Returns and Cancellations

Please take care when selecting your items, as Lavare Bathrooms does not allow refunds or exchanges if you change of mind.

If you make a mistake on your order, or want to change a selection, please let us know within 24 hours and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

After this time period, once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

If you find the product is unsuitable, please contact us. Depending on the product, we may be able to exchange it, and this will be at our discretion; but any return shipping costs will be at your expense, and a re-stocking fee will apply.

There is no cancellation, exchange or refund on customised products such as cabinetry and special colour finishes for tapware, accessories, showers, etc. or indent items (shipped from overseas specifically for your order).

We reserve the right to refuse to pay a refund and/or accept any product returned to us without our prior written confirmation.

Sale and ex-display items are non-returnable and sold ‘as is’.

Faulty or Incorrectly Supplied Goods

We will exchange or re-supply any product that is faulty or has been incorrectly supplied.

If your goods arrive and are either damaged or faulty, please notify us within 5 day of receipt of your order, by telephone (08) 9230 7950 or email admin@lavare.com.au

Please include proof of purchase by way of order number, as well as details and pictures of the item and fault. Acceptance of the damage or fault is subject to the approval of the supplier.

If we/the supplier are unable to re-supply or exchange the item, we will seek a refund for you from the supplier.

We may request that you return the faulty/incorrect item to us (at our cost) and that it is packaged securely to protect it in transit.

Product Descriptions and Colour Finishes

Lavare takes care to describe our products accurately and completely, however, bathroom/plumbing fittings are a specialised area and you should check with your builder, renovator or plumber to ensure the products are suitable for your installation.

Colour finishes are also difficult to accurately display on the website and, even if you have viewed the colour finish in person, you may find slight variations in colour, which is mostly normal and unavoidable.

For all colour finishes, there will be some variation between pieces, and display samples/products are only an indication of the colour. In particular, organic/unsealed colour finishes are designed to change/patina over time and may not look as you expect when they first arrive.

If you are unsure about anything, please get in touch with us, as small variances will not be grounds for refunds or exchanges.


The products sold by Lavare Bathrooms are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.

If you find that a product you purchased from Lavare is faulty, please contact either us, the supplier or manufacturer direct. All warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, which also include care and installation instructions being adhered to, and must have proof of purchase.

We do not handle warranty claims for goods not purchased from Lavare Bathrooms.

Product Availability

There are occasions where our suppliers are unable to deliver stock to us or have discontinued the product, for whatever reason. Where this happens, we will remove the item as soon as possible from our website and reserve the right to do this, at any time, including after an order has been placed. We do not assume liability to customers or any third party for any consequences that may arise out of the removal of a product or cancellation of an order due to unavailability. Refunds will be given in the case that an order has been confirmed and paid for.


Lavare Bathrooms occasionally runs promotional offers which will be advertised through social media, email, in-store or other means. Each promotion will run for a limited time only and may have conditions or guidelines, which must be fully complied with, without exception, in order to validly redeem the promotion. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotions at any time, without consequence.

Where a promotion requires you to share personal information with us, this will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.


Any and all original Lavare Bathrooms images, photographs, illustrations, logos, text or any other intellectual property content made available on our website or throughout our wider brand, is the property of Lavare Bathrooms and remains our copyright material at all times.

Liability and Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lavare Bathrooms cannot be held liable or responsible for any loss or damage that any person may suffer as a direct or indirect result of accessing our website or utilizing our service.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Lavare Bathrooms reserves the right to make amendments to our Term and Conditions at any time, without notice or consequence. Any changes will be published here and will take immediate effect from their time of publication.


Lavare Bathrooms does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control,  including but not limited to misuse, negligent use, excessive use, alteration, modification, defective installation, maintenance or repair of the product.

Lavare Bathrooms does not accept any liability whatsoever for consequential loss, injury, or damages to property or persons caused by use or installation of the product in a manner not designed, recommended or intended by the manufacturer, or as a result of DIY installations.

Lavare Bathrooms does not accept any liability whatsoever for incorrect choice of product and any subsequent loss, injury or damage caused by the product. It is the customer’s responsibility to determine if the product is suitable for their application and use.

Lavare Bathrooms does not accept any liability whatsoever for any third party claims or financial claims for delayed works as a result of goods delayed, lost or damaged during transit.
